Cancellation Policy

We value your business and aim to keep subscriptions simple and transparent. Please review the terms below before cancelling.

Minimum Commitment

  • All subscriptions require a 3‑month minimum commitment from the original sign‑up date.
  • Cancellation requests submitted before 3 months have passed will not be processed.

Refunds

  • No refunds are issued for processed payments, including partial months.
  • After cancellation, your benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation Timing

  • To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date shown in your account.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to My AccountSubscriptions (/my-account/subscriptions/).
  3. Find the subscription you want to cancel and click View.
  4. Click Cancel (or Cancel Subscription) and confirm.

After you cancel, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
