• Once a vial is started, you may use it until the expiration date specified in your chart AND on your vial.

Recurring Subscription Cancellation

• Recurring subscriptions are billed on the same day each month. Subscriptions must be cancelled before the next billing.
• To cancel, email [email protected] with your name, date of birth, and cancellation request.
• Once a subscription has billed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

In-Office Medication Expiration

• Please ask your medical provider for the expiration date. Typically, all medications have an expiration date between 1-4 months (each medication varies).
• After this date, it is expired and discarded. Packages and vials should not be used after they are expired.
